Bayern Win Thriller Against Real Madrid

A dramatic 2-2 draw with Real Madrid at the Allianz Arena was enough to see Bayern Munich progress to the Champions League final.

The hosts took the lead through Robert Lewandowski in the 18th minute, but Vinicius Junior equalized for Real Madrid just before half-time. Bayern then regained the lead through Thomas Muller in the 56th minute, but Real Madrid struck back again through Karim Benzema in the 82nd minute.

Bayern Munich held on for a 2-2 draw and advanced to the Champions League 2023-24 final on away goals. They will meet PSG in the final in Istanbul on June 10th.

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane spoke to TNT Sports after the match and said, "A little disappointed. Once we got 2-1 ahead we had two or three good chances to kill the game off."
